WORLD MARKET UPDATE 05.07.2010

Asian markets were trading mixed. China's Shanghai Composite fell 1.44% or 34.35 points at 2,348.55.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng shed 0.48% or 96.26 points at 19,809.06.

Japan's Nikkei was up 0.43% or 39.92 points at 9,243.63.

South Korea's Seoul Composite was up 0.18% or 2.99 points at 1,674.81.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted added 0.42% or 30.60 points at 7,361.34.
