MARKET VIEW 01.09.2010 WEDNESDAY

BANK NIFTY

Bank nifty technically looking week and we might expect some more correction in it from the current levels, the crucial short term support for bank nifty future seems to be at the level of 10500. Decisive closing below this support may slip it till the lower level of 10350 in near run. In the upside the immediate resistance seems to be at the levels of 10940 to 10950. Decisive closing above this resistance zone may lead the bank nifty future towards the level of 11200 in near run.

NIFTY

Nifty 5402technically the market is typically in sideways zone with strong resistance around 5460-5510 and a slide down to 5350 a possibility and the market saw the low like a dot at 5349 and bounced back but yet it closed in the red technically the market is still weak and strong resistance exists at 5450

The crucial support on the downside for the Nifty is 5350-5293 and resistance at 5460-5510

SENSEX

BSE Sensex 17971 The crucial support on the Sensex on the downside is 17860-17630 and resistance at 18160-18260

Asian markets were trading firm. China's Shanghai Composite was flat at 2,636.12.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was flat at 20,554.87

Japan's Nikkei was up 0.52% or 45.68 points at 8,869.74.

Singapore's Straits Times added 0.74% or 21.83 points at 2,972.16.

South Korea's Seoul Composite rose 0.93% or 16.22 points at 1,758.97.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted gained 0.43% or 33.08 pints at 7,649.36.
