Market view today FRIDAY 15.01.2010
Markets likely to see a flat opening. Support for nifty is at 5240 and resistance at 5300.Nifty (5260) we seen technically we could see some up move but there would be an overhang of stiff selling but the level to watch would be 5200 and if that goes then I would Short the Nifty for the next week’ the market had a stunned up move as expected but we could see some profit booking in the session ahead… The crucial support on the downside for the Nifty is 5232 and resistance at 5300-5387
BSE Sensex: (17585) the crucial support on the Sensex on the downside is 17312 and resistance at 17667

Asian shares trading higher on Friday.Nikkei Stock Average 225 up 39.77 points at 10,947.45.KOSPI Index up 0.79 pct at 1,699.09.Shanghai Composite Index down 0.33 pct at 3,204.96.US Markets US Markets ended higher on Thursday led by Intel. Dow Jones industrial average up 29.78 points, up 0.28 percent, to 10710.55. The Standard & Poor's 500 index ended up 0.24 percent up 2.78 points to 1148.46. The tech-heavy NASDAQ composite index gained 0.38 percent up 8.84 points to 2316.74.
European Stocks Ended HigherEuropean Markets ended higher on Thursday. Britain’s FTSE 100 index ended up 0.45 percent up 25 points to 5,498,Germany's DAX ended up 0.43 percent up 26 points to 5,989,France's CAC 40 ended up 0.37 percent at 4,016.CommoditiesCrude oil was down 42 cents to trade at $78.97 a barrel. Gold settle at $1,144 an ounce.
