Markets likely to open slightly lower. Support for nifty is at 5220 and resistance at 5300.Nifty (5249) we seen the market still looks weak and level of 5180 is not ruled out’ the market unfolded as expected and has closed flat…technically the market has still not displayed any signs of strength and so it is fair to assume that the trend is still down and 5300 is a strong resistance to deal with…The crucial support on the downside for the Nifty is 5200-5180 and resistance at 5300
BSE Sensex: (17526) the crucial support on the Sensex on the downside is 17300 and resistance at 17887

Asian MarketsAsian shares trading lower on Tuesday.Nikkei Stock Average 225 down 12.23 points at 10,786.09.Hang Seng Index down 148.47 points at 22,263.05.KOSPI Index down 0.22 pct at 1,690.42.Shanghai Composite Index down 0.49 pct at 3,196.87.US Markets US Markets ended flat on Monday. Dow Jones industrial average up 46 points, up 0.43 percent, to 10,664. The Standard & Poor's 500 index ended up 0.18 percent up 2 points to 1,147. The tech-heavy NASDAQ composite index down 0.21 to 2,312.
European Stocks Ended FlatEuropean Markets ended flat on Monday. Britain’s FTSE 100 index ended up 0.07 percent up 4 points to 5,538 ,Germany's DAX ended up 0.05 percent up 3 points to 6,041,France's CAC 40 ended down 0.05 percent at 4,043.CommoditiesCrude oil was down 82 cents to trade at $81.70 a barrel. Gold settle at $1,152 an ounce.
