MARKET VIEW 08.02.2010 MONDAY

Last week Sensex lost -442 points or -2.70% to 15915 and Nifty lost -164 points or -3.35% to 4718 in the week ended 06-2-2010. Continuously fourth week nifty closed on negative side. If nifty close below 4700 then nifty may touch up to 4531 and 4439. If nifty close above 4923 then only take long positions

Nifty (4757) we can say it is good as long 4800 holds but if 4800 goes then we could see a level closer to 4500’ the market breached the 4800 mark and cracked and seen the low near a target of 4673…technically the trend is still down but a stoppage of slight is not ruled due to the oversold condition of the market…

Asian Markets
Asian markets trading lower on Monday.
Nikkei Stock Average 225 down 0.49 percent at 10,007.98.
Hang Seng Index down 117.09 points at 19,547.99.
KOSPI Index down 0.24 pct at 1,563.42.
Shanghai Composite Index down 0.24 pct at 2,932.28.
US Markets
US Markets ended higher on Friday.Dow Jones industrial average up 10 points,up 0.10 percent, to 10,012. The Standard & Poor's 500 index ended up 0.29 percent up 3 points to 1,066. The tech-heavy Nasdaq composite index gained 0.74 percent up 16 points to 2,141.

European Stocks Ended Lower
European Markets ended lower on Friday.Britain's FTSE 100 index ended down 1.53 percent down 78 points to 5,061,Germany's DAX ended down 1.79 percent down 99 points to 5,434,France's CAC 40 ended down 3.40 percent at 3,564.
Commodities
Crude oil was down 51 cents to trade at $71.64 a barrel.Gold was down 0.89 percent down $10 settle at $1,054 an ounce.
